What materials do you use?

All my jewellery is handmade using high-quality materials: solid sterling silver, 24k gold vermeil, and waterproof stainless steel.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Every order comes beautifully packaged in a gift box, ready for giving — whether it’s for yourself or someone special. You can add a gift bag at the checkout. Please note: This does not apply to add-on items (such as initial discs or birthstones), or where otherwise stated in the product description. Add-ons are intended to be combined with another piece and do not come packaged separately.

Can I add a gift message?

Absolutely! You can include a gift message at checkout, and I’ll place it neatly inside the box on the top lid — a personal and thoughtful finishing touch.

Custom and personalised orders

Yes! Many of my pieces can be personalised with a hand-stamped initial or a Swarovski birthstone. You’ll find customisation options in each listing.

Where do you ship from?

All items are shipped from Norwich, UK using Royal Mail 1st Class (within the UK) or International Tracked (for worldwide orders).

Do you offer wholesale?

Can I request a custom jewellery card or message insert?

Absolutely. If you’d like to include a custom message card with your jewellery (e.g. a quote, name, or special occasion), just contact me before ordering and I’ll be happy to create something unique for you.

Do you accept returns?

Yes — I accept returns on unworn, non-personalised items. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return. Personalised items (such as pieces with initials or birthstones) are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or faulty. If there’s ever an issue with your order, please get in touch — I’ll always do my best to help. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

What if my item is lost?

If your order hasn’t arrived or seems to be lost in the post, please message me immediately. I offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee — I will send you a replacement or issue a full refund straight away. Your happiness matters to me.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If you realise there’s a mistake in your address, please message me immediately. If your order hasn’t been posted yet, I’ll do my best to update it for you. However, once an item has been dispatched, I’m unfortunately unable to make changes or take responsibility for delivery to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
