Are these files for commercial use?

The designs you purchase are available for personal and small business commercial use. You're not allowed to use these files on print-on-demand websites (Zazzle, Redbubble, etc) You cannot resell any of these designs as digital art.

Which files you will receive ?

All designs are available in these 7 formats: SVG files are used in Cricut Design Space and in the Silhouette Studio (Designer or Business Edition) DXF files are used in Silhouette Studio Basic Edition PNG files used in Cricut Design Space. Also they can be used for printing. EPS files are supported by several different drawing programs and vector graphic editing applications. Ai files are used in Adobe Illustrator.
