RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & YOUR RIGHT TO CHANGE YOUR MIND (EU & UK BUYERS)

If you're buying from the EU, EEA or UK, the law gives you a 14-day "cooling-off period" on some purchases. Here's how it works in our shop, depending on what you buy:

STANDARD (NON-PERSONALISED) PHYSICAL ITEMS
You can change your mind for any reason, or no reason at all, within 14 days of receiving your order. Just message us on Etsy (or use the "Help with order" option) within those 14 days, and then post the item back to us within 14 days of telling us. You pay the return postage. Once we receive the item back (or proof you've posted it), we'll refund you in full, including what you originally paid for standard delivery, within 14 days. Please keep the item in the condition you received it — if it comes back used or damaged beyond simply checking it over, we may reduce the refund.

STANDARD (NON-PERSONALISED) DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
These are delivered instantly, the moment you buy. By purchasing, you're asking us to deliver the files straight away and you accept that this means you lose the right to cancel once the download begins. In plain terms: instant downloads can't be returned, cancelled or refunded once purchased. So please check the file details in the listing before you buy — and if anything doesn't work or isn't as described, message us and we'll put it right.

PERSONALISED PHYSICAL ITEMS
Because these are made especially for you, the 14-day cancellation right doesn't apply and they can't be returned or exchanged. Please double-check every detail before ordering — names, dates, spelling — because we make exactly what you type in. If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, that's a different matter: contact us and we'll fix, replace or refund it, as the law requires.

PERSONALISED DIGITAL ITEMS
We create your personalised design after you order, then send you a download link. By purchasing, you're asking us to start work and deliver your files before the 14-day period ends, and you accept that once your download link has been sent, the right to cancel no longer applies. Again, please check your personalisation details carefully before ordering. If the finished file is faulty or not what was described, message us and we'll sort it out.

FAULTY OR WRONG ITEMS
None of the above takes away your legal rights. If anything arrives damaged, faulty or not as described — physical or digital — get in touch and we'll make it right.

HOW TO CANCEL
Message us through Etsy, use the "Help with order" option on your purchase, or ask us for a cancellation form. Any clear message telling us you want to cancel within the time limit is fine.
