Handcrafted in Charlottesville, Virginia, each journal features a 22 pt kraft chipboard cover personalized with your choice of text in all caps Futura, backed with sturdy 60 pt black book board. A 1/4" elastic band keeps everything secure, while dual 1/2" antique brass wire binding allows the book to lie flat as you mix. Inside, 50 recipe sheets printed on smooth Mohawk Superfine ivory paper provide space to record ingredients, proportions, and mixing instructions—with the reverse left blank for additional notes.
