What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?

Great Blue Trading Co. is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen - all of which are circumstances beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item - please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delayed or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.

If a sale starts after I place my order will you refund the difference?

The price paid at the time of your order will remain unchanged in these circumstances - as we are unable to retroactively discount your item.

What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped?

If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for any reason the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.

What if an item doesn't fit after I try it on?

A detailed size chart is available in all listings. It is the buyer's responsibility to select the correct size, and given that our products are made to order - no exchanges/returns are accepted due to fit or size issues.

My order did not reach me on time. Can I return it?

Sometimes there are delays in transit times across all of our shipping carriers, and these will increase during the holiday season. For this reason, we cannot always guarantee that a shipment will arrive by a specific date, even if the tracking provides an estimated delivery date. We're, therefore, unable to refund or cancel orders if they do not reach you on time. If your order did not arrive on time, you may contact us and/or the shipping carrier. However, please understand, no returns are accepted for shipping delays.

Custom and personalized orders

In some cases, but not all, we may send you a mockup for custom products via Etsy messages for your review. If we do not get a response on approvals of proofs of custom orders within 24 hours, we will send the order to production, as was pictured in the proof, and ship it. We need to adhere to shop deadlines and can not hold orders beyond this specified period to avoid production delays.

Do you accept returns, exchanges or order modifications after delivery?

Due to the custom nature of our apparel and accessories, we do not accept returns, exchanges or requests for order modifications after delivery. We ask that you communicate any specific requests during the order process. We only know about a preference or request if you specify it in your order, or via Etsy messages prior to production. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests, and we will contact you if we have any questions about the request.

What if I, the customer, provide an outdated or wrong shipping address?

We are not responsible for packages that are lost due to outdated or wrong addresses. In some cases, the package will be returned to the sender. If we are able to recover the package to resend, the buyer will assume all costs associated with the re-shipment to the correct address. Please make sure your Etsy mailing address is accurate and current prior to placing an order.
