What happens if I refuse to accept the delivery of my order?

In these cases, we will deduct the cost of shipping from the refund to recoup shipping costs. This also applies to shipments that are returned to sender for an incorrect address. We recommend checking your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

What is your return policy?

Please message us for details on where to return an order. The buyer must contact Ojas Kirti Creation within 7 days of delivery of the order. Returns/refunds will not be accepted if Ojas Kirti Creation is not contacted within 7 days of delivery, no exceptions. After receiving authorization for a return from Ojas Kirti Creation, the buyer must return the item(s) within 14 days of the delivery date. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. All returns are subject to a quality inspection upon return. If an item is not returned in original condition (i.e. tags missing, dirty, clearly worn, human/animal hair, etc.) deductions will be made from the refund at Ojas Kirti Creation's discretion.

Do you accept exchanges?

No, we do not accept exchanges, but customers can return the items while following our return policy and re-order the desired product. This transaction will be treated as a normal return and 15% restocking fee will be applied to recoup the shipping cost.
