Customs and import taxes

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We ship from Japan, and once a parcel leaves the country, the delivery process is handled entirely by the customs and postal/ courier systems of the destination country. Delays may occur due to customs congestion, limited flights, carrier backlogs, weather conditions, or the heavy holiday shipping season. These factors are outside our control, and we cannot predict the exact delivery date. If your parcel is significantly delayed, we will file an investigation request with the carrier upon your inquiry. Please note that an investigation may take 1–2 weeks, and we cannot issue a refund or send a replacement until the carrier confirms the parcel as lost.
