Antique Glass - Bottle Dump finds - Mosaics/Craft Glass - Pink Depression Glass - Uranium - Antique Fine China - Cobalt Aqua Blue - Tumbled

One man’s trash is another man’s treasure! I travel all over the woods in Maine and come across old bottle dumps. I love the thrill of a hunt and unearthing ‘buried treasure’ and care a lot about our environment so I always cart out buckets of junk metal and broken glass when I can to reuse in my projects so I feel like I am doing my part.

When I get home I throw the metal into a bucket of ‘Iron Out’ to try and salvage what I can and the glass goes into my rock tumbler. Some pieces I pull early so it leaves a more defined edge and some pieces I leave in for a couple weeks to round out the edges so they’re really smooth like sea glass.

All of the pieces are so different and beautiful and I know not everyone is lucky enough to explore bottle dumps and I felt like I needed to share them with the world so here they are! Perfect for crafting, mosaics, decorative purposes/home decor. Perfect to fill vases and would also look amazing in a dish with a tea light candle!

Please note: This is not everything, I have much more! This is just a sample picture of the type of glass and fine China you can expect to receive if you place an order. Some of it is uranium, pink depression glass, carnival glass, unique China and old stoneware crockery. These bottle dumps are all pre-1960’s but most are much much older than that (1800s-1920s) as I find many whole cork-topped pontil bottles in these dumps. Please do not get your heart set on a particular piece from my pictures as my inventory is ever changing! If you do, I will see if I still have it but I can’t make any promises.

Please note: You will receive (1, 3, or 5) pounds of glass with your order and I always include a little extra for good measure and to make up for a piece or two that might not be your favorite. While I hand-sort the glass to ensure high quality in every batch, please expect that a small handful of pieces may feature natural/age-related flaws, such as crazing, internal cracking, some discoloration, etc. from their time spent buried. If you’d like tops and bottoms only, uranium glass only, etc. please message me, I am happy to accommodate for an added fee. Shipped with care, no refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery as I am only one girl with one tumbler! I will ship as soon as possible but this glass has been popular. Larger orders of glass might take a tiny bit longer. Thank you!
