International Shipping

International shipping costs for bulkier items such as buttons/patch bundles are higher than patches/cards. If both buttons/patch bundles and patches/cards ordered the higher shipping cost will apply. As with all orders, shipping costs are fixed and you only pay once however many items ordered.

UK Next Day Delivery Service - Order Deadline

For next day delivery service orders must be placed before 2pm. This is to ensure enough time for processing.

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt has been made to the address given and the order is returned for whatever reason then a refund will be given for the items once received back (as long as in a sellable condition). The shipping will not be refunded. If free shipping was given on order then the shipping amount paid by ButtonCool will be deducted from refund amount.
