Delivery Estimates & Shipping Delays

👉Processing and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. We ship orders within the processing time shown on Etsy and provide tracking when available. Once an order is in transit, carrier delays, weather, customs, or other transportation issues may occasionally affect delivery. If your order has not arrived by the end of Etsy’s estimated delivery window, please contact us through Etsy. When tracking still shows the package in transit, we may recommend allowing up to 3 additional business days for the carrier to complete delivery while we continue to monitor the shipment. If the package remains undelivered, we’ll review the tracking information and help determine the appropriate next step.

Delivered but not received

👉If tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, and any carrier delivery details first. If it is still missing, contact us through Etsy and we’ll review the available shipping information and help determine the appropriate next step.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

👉If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from your order, please contact us through Etsy as soon as possible. We may request clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate solution.
