All shirts are Unisex (can be worn by all genders) and run true to size. If by chance there is a shirt that is not Unisex, it will be acknowledged as such in the listing. Gift wrapping and packaging

We do not include gift messages at this time (hopefully in the future!). No pricing information is included in the packaging, but if you'd like a gift message we recommend sending a note separately to the recipient.

Delivery times in Etsy are an estimate based on our production schedule and carrier timelines. Due to carrier fluctuations we cannot make delivery date guarantees - please plan accordingly! Refunds will not be provided for orders that are delivered within their estimated window.

Our orders are shipped directly from our printer and occasionally errors do occur. If the design does not look right or doesn't match the listing photo, please send us a message with a clear photo of the product within 2 weeks of receiving your item. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and if there is a print error we will send you out a replacement immediately.

❤We use Gildan 18000 Sweatshirts that are made from a polyester and cotton blend which make them very soft and cozy. These sweatshirts are:

❤PRINT
• This is a Direct-To-Garment printed item, which means the ink is printed into the fabric so it will not crack or peel like Vinyl.
• This allows the print to last much longer than other printing methods like Vinyl or Sublimation which sit on top of the fabric, but it can look less bright or slightly faded (more of a vintage look at times).
• The ink combines with the fabric of the clothing, this means you can get some of the sweatshirt's original color coming through, which is normal.

• Take a look at the photos to see a specific sizing chart for this t-shirt style
• Please note that these shirts are unisex meaning they are not women’s fitted shirts. If you’re going for a more fitted look, we suggest to size down. For a baggier/looser fit like in some of the photos, size up 1 or 2 sizes.
• Lay your favorite shirt at home flat and measure armpit to armpit to compare to the size chart in the photos

Please refer to the processing and delivery times as stated in the shipping information. These vary due to demand, events, and holiday seasons. If multiple shirts ordered, items may not all arrive in one delivery. This is normal depending on style of shirts ordered. The Shipping timeframe listed is an ESTIMATE. We cannot control how long the courier will take, especially during the Holidays. Please allow a couple of extra days and if not received, let us know and we will look into the order for you.

• Your satisfaction is important to us so if there are any production issues with the item, such as wrong design, damaged product or blurry printing, please message us ASAP and send a picture of the full item and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
• All of our shirts are custom printed just for you. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to size. Please refer to the Size Chart for your best fit for apparel.
