2. Where can I print my digital art?

You can print your artwork in three ways: 1. Online printing services Recommended for the widest choice of papers and professional-quality results. USA: FinerWorks, Mpix or Posterjack Canada: Posterjack or Pictorem UK: The Print Space Europe: Beyond Print 2. Local printing services Try a local photo lab, copy shop, FedEx, Staples or Office Depot. 3. Home printer Suitable for smaller sizes. Choose high-quality paper and use your printer’s best-quality setting. Always download the artwork file to your device before uploading it to a printing service. Do not send the printer a Dropbox or download-page link.

3. What kind of paper should I use?

For the best results, we recommend: • Heavyweight textured matte paper • Fine art archival paper • Watercolor or canvas-textured paper • Rolled or stretched canvas for a painterly appearance Glossy paper may produce reflections and can make vintage artwork appear less natural. For premium results, choose professional giclée printing for rich color, fine detail and long-lasting quality.

4. How do I download my files?

Digital purchases cannot currently be downloaded through the Etsy app. Sign in to Etsy.com using a mobile browser such as Safari or Chrome, or use a computer. Then go to: Your Account → Purchases and Reviews → Download Files Your Etsy download may include a PDF containing a link to the high-resolution artwork files. Please download and save the files to your device within 3 months. If you experience any difficulty accessing your purchase, message me and I’ll be happy to help.

5. What if I checked out as a guest or used Apple Pay?

If you purchased as a guest, Etsy will send the download information to the email address used during checkout. Look for an email from [transaction@etsy.com](mailto:transaction@etsy.com) and check your Spam or Junk folder. If you used Apple Pay with Hide My Email, the message may have been sent to a private relay email address created by Apple. You can also sign in to Etsy.com using the account connected to your purchase and open: Your Account → Purchases and Reviews If you still cannot find your files, message me with your order information and I’ll help.
