Beautiful Chairs. Timely shipping. Chairs got stuck at customs in Miami for a while but this was not the shipper's fault. They were very helpful with customs. We love the chairs, thanks for the great service and product!
I waited a few weeks before submitting a review because I want to be fair to the seller as well as a potential buyer. The chairs were extremely well packaged, comfortable and well made. Disappointing because instructions on how to attach the springs weren’t included. The seller referred me to a short video that made it look easy. It doesn’t even come close to showing the amount of strength required. My son who is extremely strong attached them but it required a lot of effort There are resulting stress marks (small tears on the surface of the leather) on the bottom of one and side of another seat. Maybe one caused by not folding well enough but not on the second. Seller offered replacements for $100 each but I feel they should be replaced.

The marks you mentioned are on the underside of the seat, so they remain hidden during use, and they will not affect durability or comfort in any way.
