What exactly am I purchasing?

You're purchasing a digital download of a hand-drawn wall art print. No physical item will be shipped — you'll receive high-resolution files to print at home or through a professional print service.

What file types will I receive?

You’ll typically receive high-quality JPEG or PDF files (300 DPI) in multiple sizes to fit standard frames. Specific details are listed in each product description.

Can I request a custom size or format?

Yes! I’m happy to resize your digital print to fit your specific needs. Just send me a message with your dimensions.

How do I download my files?

After purchase, Etsy will provide download links on the confirmation page and via email. You can also access them under "Purchases and Reviews" in your account.

What’s the best way to print my artwork?

You can print it at home on quality paper, or use a local or online print shop for a more professional finish. We recommend matte or textured paper for a more authentic hand-drawn look.

Can I print these on canvas or other materials?

Yes! You can use the digital files to print on canvas, wood, metal, or other materials — just make sure the printer you choose accepts custom uploads.

Can I print this more than once?

Absolutely — once you own the file, you can print it as many times as you'd like for personal use (home, gifts, etc.). Commercial use is not allowed without permission.

The file looks different on my screen than when printed — why?

Color differences can happen due to monitor calibration and printer settings. For best results, use a professional print service or calibrated printer.

Can I share or resell the files?

No, files are for personal use only. You may not share, resell, or redistribute the artwork in any form, digital or printed, without a commercial license.
