The seller was very quick too reply to my messages and answer all of my questions. She was very nice, professional and just great communication. Before she shipped the shoes she sent me a picture of the shoes. I had an issue with the embroidery as far as a couple of letters and a number, She happily and perfectly fixed the issue quickly. The shoes are Vans, so they are very good quality, the embroidery is beautiful, my daughter absolutely loves them and I would definitely recommend. A+
