Highlights
Use this clay bevel and trimming tool to very easily cut a 30, 45 or 60 degree angle along a clay slab edge or simply and very practically to trim clay from a slab of clay draped over a hump mould or laid into a sump mould. It's also incredibly useful to trim off the top edge of an uneven pot on the wheel. No more awkward two handed operation with a cheeswire.
It comes pre set up and highly tensioned which is also very easy to do by the user if necessary with simple instructions included. There are no screws to go rusty or wear and loosen. Spare cord is also provided.
Multiple uses including specific angle cutting of 30, 45 and 60 degrees for handbuilding box designs etc in clay. Also use for trimming surplus clay from a mould or wheel thrown pot

Very simple for the user to replace the cord when/if required - unique copyrighted design. No awkward screws required. Spare nylon wire included.

I have been using another clay tool to bevel edges. Needless to say, although it works, it doesn't work very well. I needed something else that would make a nice clean edge. This tool cuts an edge very smoothly and makes a neater looking seem. Also, thank you for the clay tools that you included in my order. I am already using them in the studio. That was a very thoughtful touch!
