Mail cut-off date is every 15th of the month
If you join after the 15th, you will receive the next month’s theme
Example:
If you join between May 16th - June 15th → you’ll receive June’s mail
If you joined on June 16th - July 15th → you’ll receive July’s mail and so on...

💖Canada Orders💖

-All stickers, greeting cards and bookmarks are shipped via Canada Post letter mail (standard postage stamp) without tracking to keep shipping low for you.
-Sticker Packs, Button Pins or any bulkier item will be shipped as an oversized letter mail (oversized postage stamp) without tracking to keep shipping low as well.
-Estimated delivery time: 5 days to 3 weeks, depending on your local postal service
-Bulk items that exceed size or weight limits may be shipped in two separate envelopes or upgraded to tracked/parcel shipping depending on the value of your order.
-Tracked shipping upgrade is available at checkout

💖USA Orders💖
-All paper-like orders like stickers, bookmarks and greeting cards will be shipped as letter mail with a small postage stamp fee. Please note that these does not include tracking to keep shipping costs affordable.
-No parcel shipment at the moment due to the on going tariff situations.

💖International Orders (Outside Canada & USA)💖

-All flat items (stickers, cards, bookmarks) are shipped via Canada Post letter mail without tracking to keep costs low or shipped as parcel depending on the value of your order.
-A shipping fee for postage stamp will apply (flat items only) and delivery may take longer than domestic orders so please order early if you need it by a specific date
-Estimated delivery time: 2–10 weeks depending on your country’s postal system

-Once orders go out they are the responsibility of Canada Post or your local postal service.
-Please note: I am not responsible for lost mail, especially if the mailing address provided is incomplete or incorrect (please be honest- don't ask for a refund if you provided the wrong address).
-Double-check your address before placing your order to ensure smooth delivery.
-If an order does not arrive within 30 days from the date of dispatch the order will either be resent or refunded.
