Hot Climate Mod comes with 1 x OEM HCM from BMW (genuine part) and 1 x air intake


This is a tried and tested air intake, engineered specifically for BMW F Series 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 models. It works in conjunction with the OEM hot climate modification to significantly improve airflow management. I personally run this on my stage 1 M140i which I track and take over to the Nurburgring.

I have actively been conducting performance testing on the air intake modification, including detailed data logging and post-run analysis. This process allows me to evaluate airflow characteristics, intake temperatures, and overall engine response under real-world conditions.

To put it in perspective -
ABS-GF offers tensile strengths in the range of 70–90 MPa, along with significantly improved toughness, heat resistance, and dimensional stability. It’s up to 50% stronger and more durable compared to PETG or PLA.

•PETG: Great for prototypes or appearance models, not suitable for functional parts.
•ABS GF: Good for semi-functional parts, easy to post-process, good balance of strength and printability.
