Commercial Use Licenses

Most of our digital downloads include a commercial use license, unless stated otherwise. This license is exclusively for SMALL businesses and allows the creation of finished products like t-shirts, sweatshirts, mugs, and home decor. You may NOT use our files for commercial purposes if: -You are a corporation or large-scale business. -You sell apparel through wholesale platforms like FashionGo or Faire. -You sell our designs on transfers, as they are not finished products. A copy of the license is included with each purchase for your records. *Small businesses are defined as privately owned companies, partnerships, or sole proprietorships with fewer employees and lower revenue than large businesses.*

Personal Use Licenses

"Can I make t-shirts for my sister's bachelorette using your design I bought?" - YES! ✅ "Can I make t-shirts for my business using your Canva template even if I change parts of it?" - NO ❌ Some of our products come with Personal Use Licenses only. These items are not to be used on end products for sale in any way. As of December 2, 2024 the following products are always personal use: -All Canva Invite Templates -All Canva Logo Templates -Our hand drawn drink files By purchasing, you agree to use the file for personal purposes only. Thank you for respecting our policy! *If we find our personal use items are being resold digitally or physically with only a personal license, we reserve the right to pursue legal action.*

Where can I find my digital download?

Your digital download from Seven Sunset Design is available under the "Purchases" tab in your Etsy profile. Simply locate your purchase and click "Download." Files are instantly available after purchase—no waiting required! Important: Downloads are not accessible through the Etsy App on a mobile device. Use a laptop, desktop, or your phone’s browser to sign in and download. 🤗

All of our designs are 100% original and created by us, exclusively for our store! We’re passionate about providing unique designs for small business owners and DIY enthusiasts. ❌ Our designs cannot be used or shared in the following ways: -On end products for large corporations or businesses. -On wholesale platforms like FashionGo or Faire. -Through Amazon, RedBubble, Society6, Spoonflower, or any print-on-demand site. -Shared in PNG groups. -Sold as transfers. Copyright/Trademark Info

Please do thorough research on up to date trademark info before using our downloads on specific items! Some phrases may be trademarked for different product categories. Since we have no way of knowing what our customers will use our designs on, we cannot be held responsible for any infringement notices you may receive. All of our designs are sold AS IS unless otherwise stated. Minor changes to the design cannot be made after you purchase an "as is" design. If you want a color change of an existing graphic, you must reach out to use before purchase so we can set up a custom listing. Refunds or exchanges will not be made due to the nature of these items.

The small business commercial use license prohibits this item from being sold on items intended for wholesale. If you plan on doing so, please contact us directly for an extended license.
