Is Canva free to use?

Yes! Canva is free to use. You do not have to have a Pro version to edit, download, or print my templates.

Do I have to download Canva?

Canva has a great app available to download. However, it is not required and you can utilize Canva through web browser.

How do I access the template once purchased?

Etsy will email you a link to click with the available template and/or it will be available under “purchases” in your Etsy profile. All of my template links are .pdf files. Please ensure your email is correct on your Etsy profile prior to purchase.

Can I receive refund for a purchased template?

No refunds will be issued with digital purchases. I am happy to help with any technical difficulties experienced and/or questions regarding how to edit in Canva.

Does the template link expire?

No, the purchased template link does not expire.
