My package hasn't arrived / is late

I know how frustrating it can be for shipping services to delay packages, sadly once your order is dropped off it's out of my hands. If this is happening, please contact your carrier and see if they can help you.

How do I know that everything is handmade and hand drawn?

You can head over to my Instagram or Youtube @kaybowzie where I post a lot of behind the scenes, drawing processes, etc! You can also tell it's hand drawn because my art is imperfect and I also have established art styles that I stick to.

What if my item arrived damaged?

Hopefully this never happens, HOWEVER if it does all I need is a picture in the first 7 days of the item arriving and I will gladly send a replacement / offer a refund. I am not responsible for if you accidentally damage the item, so make sure you're gentle and take good care of your order!!
