What is the processing and delivery time for orders?

I prepare orders within 24 hours and hand them over to the shipping carrier. Estimated delivery times are: • Europe: 2 days • United States: 3 days • Canada: 4 days • Asia and Australia: 6–8 days I also offer express shipping service.

What happens if the wall moldings arrive damaged? Will I receive a refund or a replacement?

We take all necessary precautions to minimize the risk of damage during shipping. In the rare event that damage occurs during transit, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery, keep the original packaging, and share clear photos of the damage with us. Once we receive the photos, we will open a claim with the shipping company or insurance provider. Depending on the situation, we will arrange one of the following: • Repair (covered by us), or • Replacement, or • A refund if necessary. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we will fully support you throughout the entire process.
