How long does it take for my order to ship?

Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days. Processing time is the time it takes for me to prepare your order and does not include shipping/transit time.

Does standard shipping include USPS tracking?

Standard shipping is sent as letter mail and does not include USPS tracking. The tracking number shown on your order is provided through Etsy and can only be tracked through Etsy. Because it is not USPS tracking, updates may be limited or may not update at all, even after your order has been delivered.

Why hasn't my tracking updated?

This is completely normal with standard letter-mail shipping! Etsy tracking does not receive the same scans as USPS package tracking, so you may see very few updates or none at all while your order is in transit.

My order says pre-transit. Has it actually shipped?

Yes! If you've received a shipping notification from my shop, your order has been prepared and mailed. With standard letter mail shipping, tracking may continue to show pre-transit even while your order is making its way to you.

My order says delivered, but I don't have it. What should I do?

Sometimes an order may be marked delivered shortly before it actually reaches your mailbox. Please allow another 1–2 business days and check with anyone else in your household who may have collected the mail. If it still hasn't turned up, send me a message and I'll help you with the next steps.

Can you guarantee my order will arrive by a certain date?

Unfortunately, I can't guarantee delivery dates with standard shipping. I always do my best to ship orders within my stated processing time, but once an order has been handed over to the postal service, transit times and carrier delays are outside of my control.

Can I upgrade my shipping?

Yes! If you'd prefer full USPS tracking, choose the upgraded shipping option at checkout.
