1) Can I request changes or combine multiple photos before the painting begins?

Yes. For our physical handmade oil paintings, we prepare the composition digitally before starting the painting process. This may include combining multiple photos, adjusting backgrounds, refining details, or modifying elements such as clothing or lighting. All composition adjustments are discussed and finalized before the oil painting stage begins. The painting process starts only after the final design has been approved. This ensures that the structure, placement, and overall direction of the artwork are clearly agreed upon before we move forward with the handmade oil painting.

2) Shipping Format - Rolled or Stretched?

We offer both rolled (in tube) and stretched (on wooden stretcher bars) options, depending on the selected size. For most orders, we recommend rolled shipping. It is more secure during transit and significantly reduces the risk of structural damage. Stretched shipping carries a higher risk of impact or frame-related damage during transport. Because of this, stretched delivery is available upon request, and transit-related structural risks are the responsibility of the buyer. We always provide detailed guidance before purchase to help you choose the safest option

3) Custom Handmade Oil Painting - How the Process Works

1) Send us your photo(s) and share your vision for the artwork. 2) We discuss composition options, adjustments, and important details together. 3) Choose your preferred payment option deposit or full payment. 4) Any requested adjustments are first applied digitally to the reference image and shared with you for clear approval before we begin the handmade oil painting. 5) Once you approve the final reference image, we begin the handmade oil painting process. 6) After completion, we provide detailed photos of the original handmade oil painting for your final review. 7) Upon your approval, the physical artwork is carefully shipped to your address and typically arrives within 2–4 days

Cancellation & Refund Policy (Physical Handmade Oil Paintings Only)

This policy applies only to physical custom oil paintings, not digital products. • Before any work begins: full refund. • After requested digital reference preparation and preview delivery: 10% service fee. • Within 1–5 days after painting authorization: 30% service fee, as materials are prepared and the handmade oil painting may already be in progress or nearly completed. • After the handmade oil painting is completed and shared for final review: non-refundable, as the artwork is fully custom and cannot be resold. Cancellation terms depend on the production stage. Please contact us if you need clarification before purchase or requesting cancellation.
