If I ordered the wrong item, and want to swap it for something else, is that possible?

As long as your item has not shipped, you definitely can do that without a problem! Just shoot me a message as quickly as you can, letting me know what you wanted to order instead, and I can handle that for you. If I have already shipped out the item before you can get into contact with me, there are two things we can do. One, you can keep the item you accidentally ordered, and put in a second order for the item you meant to buy. Two, you can ship the item back to me and I will send out the replacement item once received. Shipping costs will fall under you to cover in shipping the item back to me, and to ship out the replacement.

Will you accept returns under any condition?

I am not currently accepting returns at this time.

What happens if my item arrives broken?

Should an item arrive broken due to the shipping process, do feel free to reach out to me! Send me pictures of the damage, and after verification, I will send out a replacement item as soon as possible.

What happens if my package is lost during transit or incorrectly delivered?

If you package is misdelivered because you provided the wrong shipping address, I am unfortunately unable to do anything on my behalf. If your package gets misdelivered because the USPS made a mistake, you can do a couple of things. You can contact your USPS and actually get them to track down where exactly the package was dropped off at. Usually, you should be able to get it back! Also make sure to contact your neighbors to see if they might have gotten it by accident as well. If neither of those options prove to be fruitful, I will file a claim and will work on sending out a replacement if I have any extra stock on hand. If I do not have any extra stock on hand, I ask to wait until I am able to make another stock order to receive it!
