HOW CAN I SHARE THE VIDEO FILES?

You can share the video through Messenger, WhatsApp, Viber, iMessage, Facebook, Email, or even upload it on your Facebook event page. We don’t recommend sending the video invite as a Text Message as most carriers have a small file size limit (4MB for video) so it decreases the quality of the video making it blurry and unreadable to the recipient's end. However, if you need to send it via text, you can upload your video invite to your personal Google Drive or DropBox or as a private video on Video platforms like Youtube/Vimeo and just text the video link to your guests.

HOW DO I SEND YOU A PICTURE FOR MY INVITE?

If your order design includes a picture please attach a suitable image (or several to choose from) in an Esty message. Click "Attach image" on the bottom right. Or you can send it to mymotionworld [!at] gmail.com.

WHERE WOULD I FIND MY ORDERED INSTANT DOWNLOAD FILE?

Find your file in your Etsy account. Go to "Your Account" top right, click "Purchases and reviews". The file is available for download there.

I CAN'T FIND THE DOWNLOAD NOTIFICATION EMAIL

First, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it’s not there, adding transaction@etsy.com to your address book or safe list can help you locate these emails in the future.
