Highlights
This pure silk lace knitting yarn is as you would wish a pure silk to be - it is dreamily soft and almost so smooth you can’t feel it! It can be used for knitting as well as for dyeing. This highest quality undyed mulberry silk (grade A) yarn shines and has the ultimate drape that only silk can achieve and creates the most beautiful fabric, and the stitch definition for the lace is really prominent, the fabric blocks nicely as well.and the stitch definition for the lace is really prominent, the fabric blocks nicely as well. For the softest neck pieces or shawls this is the yarn. It would also make lovely wedding accessories. It can also be used for a thicker shiny embroidery thread as it is very hard wearing. This shiny silk yarn has a very white base, and it sucks up the dye and speckles well. Deep rich colours can be achieved. This yarn keeps its shine well after dyeing.
High heat and pH can dull silk.

It's soft and shiny. watch out with heating when dyeing. It seemed to not take the dye fast, but it turned out I just didn't presoak long enough. As I wanted a pastel it ended up fine 😊
