Can I buy embroidery kits from you?

I do not sell embroidery kits. You can only buy digital cross stitch patterns. Canvas, threads and other materials are not included and will not be sent to your place of residence. Photos of the finished embroidery are shown so that you can see the possible result, you will not receive a physical product.

What format will I receive the cross stitch pattern in?

You will receive a pattern in PDF format. You need Adobe Acrobat PDF Reader to view the template (available for free download here: http://get.adobe.com/reader/). No shipping, printing.

In what way will I get the pattern?

You will receive a digital cross stitch pattern by INSTANT DOWNLOAD after payment. PDF files are available in your Etsy account after payment has cleared, under "My Account" and then "Purchases".

What should I do if I don't receive the pattern?

If within 1 hour you have not received a link to download the pattern (this may be due to a spam filter) or another download problem occurs, please contact me via Etsy chats. I can send you a pattern to your email address.

Can you print and send me a pattern?

At the moment I only sell digital cross stitch patterns in PDF format.

Do you accept individual orders?

I am NOT currently providing this service.

Can I resell the cross stitch patterns?

All the patterns are for personal use only. Copying, redistributing or sharing by any means are not allowed!

Can I sell a finished embroidered work according to your design?

You can sell embroidered works according to my cross stitch patterns.
