1. Is the furniture pictured available, and do you accept custom orders?

Our shop features available furniture and examples of previously completed work. Check the listing description for availability, and message us if you’re unsure whether the exact piece is available. If something you love has sold, we can discuss sourcing a similar piece or creating a custom finish. Send your preferred dimensions, inspiration photos, color preferences, and delivery ZIP code. We’ll confirm pricing, estimated timing, payment terms, and specifications before you commit. Vintage furniture varies, so an exact match may not be possible.

2. How is your furniture restored, and what condition should I expect?

Each piece is cleaned, prepared, sanded, and repaired as needed before receiving its selected finish. Hardware is refreshed or replaced where appropriate, and a protective topcoat completes the restoration. Restored vintage furniture may retain subtle signs of age, wood-grain variations, and original construction details. Please review the listing photographs and condition notes. We’re happy to provide additional photos or measurements before purchase. If your piece arrives with damage or a condition concern beyond what was disclosed, please contact us so we can review it with you.

3. Where do you ship, how much does it cost, and when will it arrive?

We deliver throughout the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping is additional and quoted by region: Local Florida, Southern, Central, Northeast, and West Coast. Alaska and Hawaii delivery is unavailable. Send your ZIP code before purchasing so we can confirm the delivery cost and any access requirements. Timing depends on the piece’s availability, custom work, location, and carrier scheduling. Review the listing’s estimated delivery dates; custom sourcing and restoration require additional time. If you need delivery by a specific date, contact us before ordering. We’ll communicate scheduling updates through Etsy Messages.

4. How does delivery work, and is local pickup available?

We wrap each piece for transport through independent furniture carriers. Standard delivery is to the first floor. Stairs, elevators, difficult access, or special placement must be confirmed in advance and may cost extra. Provide a reliable phone number and measure doorways, hallways, and turning clearances against the furniture’s dimensions. Your carrier will coordinate the delivery window; please have someone available to receive and inspect the piece. Free local pickup is available by appointment in Tampa, Florida. Schedule at least three business days ahead and bring a suitable vehicle, protective materials, and loading assistance.

5. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation requests are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us through Etsy Messages within that window if you need to cancel. After 24 hours, cancellation is not guaranteed, particularly once sourcing, restoration, or shipping arrangements have begun. Please review the listing, dimensions, delivery details, and any agreed custom specifications before placing your order.

6. What is your return and refund policy?

If your piece isn’t the right fit, we accept returns within 7 calendar days of delivery for ready-to-ship and custom pieces. Contact us through Etsy Messages before arranging return transportation. Buyers pay return shipping for these returns, including returns within the seven-day window. Furniture must be returned in the condition received. Additional damage or wear may affect the refund; any adjustment will be explained and documented. Refunds are processed after return and inspection. Delivery damage or an item that differs from its description is handled separately under applicable Etsy policies, including responsibility for shipping costs.

7. What if my furniture arrives damaged or differs from the listing?

Please contact us promptly through Etsy’s Help with Order option. Include a description, a photo of the entire piece, and close-ups of the concern. Keep packaging if available, and ask the carrier to document visible damage when possible. Please coordinate with us before arranging repairs or return shipping. We’ll review the details with you and work toward an appropriate resolution under applicable Etsy policies. These concerns are separate from our seven-day return window, and responsibility for shipping costs follows the applicable Etsy policy.

8. How should I care for my restored furniture?

Dust with a soft cloth. For routine cleaning, use a lightly damp cloth and dry the surface afterward. Avoid harsh cleaners, abrasive pads, standing water, and direct heat. Use coasters and protective pads, and lift objects instead of dragging them across the finish. Follow any finish-specific care instructions supplied with your piece. If you’re unsure whether a cleaning product is suitable, message us before using it.

RESTORATION & CARE

Interiors are professionally deep-cleaned. Painted surfaces have a smooth, consistent finish, protected with a satin polyurethane finish.

Dents, markings, impressions, and other age-related imperfections may remain visible beneath the finish. Please review all photos for this piece’s individual details.

A mild aged-wood or antique scent may remain in drawers or enclosed compartments after cleaning. This can be characteristic of older furniture.

Painted furniture requires gentle handling. Impacts, friction, excessive moisture, or unsuitable cleaning products can cause chipping, peeling, or premature wear. Lift objects rather than dragging them across the surface.

Care instructions and a detailed overview of our restoration process will be emailed after purchase.
