Will I have to pay customs duties/taxes?

Customs duties and taxes are required in some countries before delivery. This includes the UK, Europe, Canada and some more. USA does not require additional charges. We do not include this in the cost of the product or shipping. The buyer is responsible for this payment.

Do you offer gift wrapping and other gift options?

We can include a gift message in any of your orders! Please, include your request in the ‘Personalization’ window or in the checkout note, and we’ll put a cute postcard in the box with your chosen pair of shoes.

Which address will my order be sent to?

Your order will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. If you want to change the address of the recipient, contact me and I’ll change it. We do not take responsibility and we are not liable for misspelled or wrong address that you wrote.

Do you provide wholesale offers?

We do accept wholesale orders on shoes in our assortment. Contact us for further inquiries.

Where can I see the size chart?

You can find our sizing chart in every listing, in the last picture. When placing your order, choose your typical size. We will ask you for your individual measurements in order to compare them with your chosen size and make shoes that will fit you perfectly. We’ll contact you after you place the order to explain how to get the measurements correctly.

Our shoes are made from natural materials, so they may not be exactly identical to the picture in the listing. There can be slight variations in color, as not every screen will accurately depict the actual color of the shoes. Please contact us with any questions about the color or material of any pair before purchasing. The size number on the sole may not match the size in your order, as your pair of shoes may be customized to your measurements. Also, please keep in mind that our size chart is different from size charts of other shoe companies, so our sizes can be different from others.

The key feature of this design is the natural fur lining, which provides exceptional warmth and coziness. This insulation transforms the loafers into ideal footwear for cold weather. An anatomic insole and a durable outsole ensure comfort during long-term wear.

Cushioned insoles along the entire length of the shoe, are soft and remember the position of the foot. Tunit sole is a mixture of leather chips and rubber, it's more wear-resistant than leather and more durable. Also, we use soft natural upper materials that wear well and take the shape of the foot. Ok! Let me start this review off by saying that I’m totally blown away with my shoe purchase. The craftsmanship the detail the design the meticulous time that was labored in crafting this lovely pair of shoes. The customer service was top tier Olena communicated with me through the whole process from beginning to end. Hands down I’m throughly happy with my shoe purchase. I’m very particular with my shoes and they did not disappoint because baby I’m a shoe enthusiast and I know a good looking and feeling shoe when I see it.
