All our items are shipped straight from our workshop in Ukraine — a long way, but worth the wait.

We usually craft and prepare each item within 2–3 business days. Art takes time, but we don’t keep you waiting too long.

6. How long will shipping to the U.S. take?

Typically, 10 to 14 business days — though postal services may sometimes surprise us (both ways!).

7. Will I get a tracking number?

Yes — we’ll send you a tracking number once your order is on its way, so you can follow its journey across the miles. 8. What if something arrives damaged? If your item arrives with a bump or bruise from its journey, please send us a photo of the damage within 48 hours. We’ll gladly send a replacement — no extra cost.

9. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
