How are items shipped?

I ship via USPS, UPS, & FedEx. If you're interested in purchasing more than 1 item, please contact me so I can figure out the best, safest, and most cost effective way to ship them to you. I do recycle packing materials and while your item(s) will always be packed with care, it might not always be the prettiest.

Where do you find your items?

Thrift stores, Estate Sales, Auctions, and Garage Sales. Sometimes my friends & family give me items they don't have a need for anymore. They know me so well!

I do accept reasonable offers and Etsy now has an "button" you can choose to make the offer you want.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. If an item is not allowed due to any restrictions, I will let you know. International buyers are responsible for any taxes imposed.

Do you reserve items?

I only reserve items for 24 hours. After that, it goes back into store circulation. If I've accepted an offer from you and relist to reflect your offer, the hold remains the same. 24 hours only.

How do I return an item I purchased from your store?

- All returns must be initiated through Etsy. That way I'm aware and can be expecting it. - Buyer must contact me within 14 days of the intent to return. - Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. - Once the return is received and inspected to ensure it's in the same condition as when it was sent, a refund will be issued. - If an item is not in the same condition, we have the right to issue a smaller refund or not at all. - Only the original purchase price will be refunded. Not including original shipping.

Shipping seems a bit high. Can you get me a lower deal?

Shipping price can be a deterrent many times for shoppers. On my larger items, I usually offer a flat rate for shipping so as not to scare off those the farthest from me however, than can then scare of those who are closer to me. So, if you are startled by a shipping price, you can reach out and I'll look into it to see if there's anything I can do to lower it. There are no guarantees I'll be able to change the price but, I'll gladly look into for you.

Can you ship to someone else?

If you would like to purchase an item from me and have it shipped someplace else, I ask that you first change the address within Etsy and then purchase. If you purchase an item before changing your address, the order will be canceled and you can repurchase once it's updated. I will relist the item but know, the item then becomes available again for anyone to purchase.

What if I didn't update my address?

If you purchase something, but did not update your address. Let me know as soon as possible. - If it's already shipped, we'll have to wait for it to get returned back to me. - If it doesn't ever get delivered back to me, I won't be able to refund your money. - If it does get back to me, I can let you know and will check to see if you want to purchase it again. - If not, and the item is in the shape I sent it, I will refund your money (not including the original shipping you paid).

Overall I am happy with the frosted glass lamp shade. That being said, this seller did a detailed job photographing and explaining the flaws that the 4 individual shades of this type possessed. On the one that was shipped to me she neglected to mention or show the flaw that is directly in the middle of shade on the side that faces the room. It's a small chip but it is very visible. If I had known this flaw existed, I would have specifically requested a different shade or asked for a discount if no other were available. (In the photo, I'm using an amber LED bulb. The shade itself is frosted and white.)
