Custom and personalised orders

We accept custom and personalized orders. We can add personalization details : the name of your baby, his birth data, initials. If you need it, just write us about it in the comment to the order. If you want to change the color, details of items - also let us know in the message or comments to the order. And, of course, custom and personalized orders are possible and welcome! We would be happy to create some new felt item that suits your ideas.

Sizing details Sizes of current product can vary from the sizes in the description a little bit due to the process of handiwork. Usually it is +/- 1-2 cm +/- 0.5 inches.

Care instructions - Cleaning If the toy is slightly dirty, then a soft clothes brush or a roller with a sticky layer is suitable for cleaning. A wet wipe (preferably non-flavored) or a rag is suitable for this method. Gently wipe the place of pollution and let the toy dry. In no case should the felt product be rubbed strongly. Just lightly stroke the soiled area with your fingers. - Rinsing Rinse in clean, warm water with light movements without compression and twisting. - Drying Put a felt toy between 2 layers of towels and squeeze out water in a soaking motion. Also, you will get all the care instructions and recommendations with your order!

Delivery and shipment tracking

All the items are shipped including a tracking number. To find it, just enter your Etsy account and find the number in the section "TRACKING". Sometimes postal services do not often update information about the movement of the parcel. Do not be alarmed by this. Keep in touch with us and we will help you find your order. Shipment time is approximately till 20 business days from date of shipping. It could be slightly longer depending on different destinations and conditions like bad weather, natural disasters, seasonal holidays, package being held up in customs... We do not consider an item lost up to 8 weeks. Sometimes international post tracking system works badly and its update usually depends on the host country and their work.

Please double check the "ship to" address in the Etsy form you have filled in. In case if the address that a client has provided us with is incorrect, we will not make any refunds for the lost item or the delivery. If the address is correct, but you somehow do not receive your order within 8 weeks from the date of shipment, we will be able to refund the money after receiving confirmation from the postal service about the loss of your parcel.

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please let us know within 14 days after arrival - we would find a way out. In case of cancellation or return the return shipment is paid by the buyer. The parcel must be packed well. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. After receiving the parcel, we will refund you the order cost. Shipping cost NOT refunded. Please note that if the item is returned due to being unclaimed, the buyer covers shipping costs and, if required, re-shipping costs at all times.

Please ensure that the address is correct prior to placing an order. If any package is never picked up from the postal office, or requires re-shipment due to an incorrect address (or any reason), the buyer is responsible for paying the subsequent reshipment fees.

In case of return of the item please pay attention that Buyer pays for the return shipment (even if the item was bought at free shipping sale)

Gift wrapping and packaging

Is this a gift? If so, please choose Gift wrapping in Packaging and in Notes to Seller leave a congratulatory text for the recipient of the order (optional)*. I will put a special postcard with your congratulations and decorate the box with a decorative tape. In addition, there will be a letter to Mom and Dad with directions for use in the box. * If you forget to leave a congratulatory text or want to hand-sign the card yourself, I will put a clean one in your order
