The deep tones of the premium walnut lumber sheen through in these solid walnut floating shelves. They are finished with a satin oil finish that accentuates their natural hues. This version has rounded corners.
This floating shelf comes with a hanging bracket and all hardware needed for installation.
NOTE: 12" deep shelves may be made by biscuit joining two or more boards together. This will depend on the availability of wide boards.
Walnut has dark brown heartwood with hints of reds and even purples and lighter sapwood with brilliant browns and tans. If you would prefer either the heartwood or the sapwood showing in the front of your shelf, please write your preference in the order notes. Our lead shot has the sapwood out front. If not specified, we will choose the best looking side (in our opinion) to be out front.

1. Use the bracket to mark your holes, making sure you hit at least one stud.
2. Attach the provided bracket to your wall with the provided screws. We include screws for different wall types (brick, and wood/drywall screws)
3. Attach the shelf to your bracket.

This shelf was perfect for what I needed, which was a shelf above my piano to display some high end German woodcraft…nutcrackers. The walnut shelf is amazing and blends perfectly with my display products. The shelving was easy to install and with the assistance of my son we had our 52” length shelf mounted firmly and securely to the wall. The effect it gives is outstanding for what I wanted to achieve. I have other areas in my living room/dining room/family room I feel could benefit from such an easy solution without going the route of a bookshelf or curio which was too large for my needs. Looks great perched above my piano and holds the weight seemlessly.
This walnut shelf is well made and lovely. I asked for a custom route on the under side (for a tape light) and it was added exactly as specified. Highly recommend this shop!
