**Custom made digital STL File - NOT A PHYSICAL PRODUCT**
Two tone keychain model file. Perfect as stocking filler, back to school charms or just for adding that personal touch to your belongings. Simple and easy to print, no brims or supports are required!
No physical item will be mailed, created or sent to the purchaser - Items will be delivered by digital download once the file is created within 1-3 business days - allow time to have the file completed and consider time differences etc.
If you have not received your order within a week please check your messages as it's likely due to an incorrect name or missing font choice that we will have messaged you about.
Both STL and a 3MF coloured file will be sent with pre-set colours however Buyer is responsible for setting the correct colours they need in the slicer software themselves. Simply adjust the palette to what you are using in your printer. For those with single colour printers, we will note in your delivery email which layer height to enable a filament/colour swap.
Please ensure correct spelling and font choices as digital files cannot be returned nor refunded. If you wish to use a custom font, please message us separately to provide the font - we are not responsible for purchasing fonts.
We are unable to provide technical support for printers as they vary by model and make.
You may use the digital file to create physical products but you may not sell or give away the actual digital file itself.

Everything this designer has made for me has been absolutely perfect!
Wonderful customer service. We had an issue with the name printing. The font I chose needed a special "slicer". I sent her a message, due to the time difference she got right back to me the next day. She explained what was happening and said to use a different file, which she had included in the original order.
