Shipping status is stuck in pre-transit?

When you order a sticker with the standard US shipping option, it includes an Etsy label and Etsy will generate an Etsy tracking number that the USPS will update through Etsy. This tracking number does not work on the USPS website, since it is mailed via first-class letter. The tracking you receive is all based on estimates. Some orders may look like they are stuck in "pre-transit" even though they are on their way. This is no fault to me or usps and your order will still be arriving. Once the label is created and you receive a shipping notification from my shop, then I have dropped off the order directly at the post office. Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for your order to arrive, although it usually arrives much sooner than that.

Order says delivered but hasn't actually been delivered?

Sometimes the status updates to delivered prematurely with Etsy and USPS tracking. It typically arrives within 1-2 days from the status update.

You can add an order note requesting any customization requests and I will see it when I make the order for you.

Order doesn't arrive when expected, what should I do?

Please also see the previous answers to "Shipping status is stuck in pre-transit?" and "Order says delivered by hasn't actually been delivered?". If your order hasn't arrived by the estimated delivery date set when the label was created and shipped, please double check the address on the order to ensure it is correct. Please allow a few more days, especially around holidays. If it still doesn't arrive, and your neighbors haven't seen it by mistake, then you can submit a help request through the order. I will try to troubleshoot further and it may qualify for Etsy's protection program. Being that I am a small business owner and the sole operator, replacements will not be sent for lost in transit type scenarios.
