These are very large files. Each Zip file has a total of 4 PNG sublimation design files in them. Due to time constraints I will not be able to do it for you or spend time messaging back and forth on how to do it. I do not recommend you purchase them unless you know how. There are many tutorials online as to how to do it. It is quite simple to most. If you are technically challenged, again, I do not recommend making the purchase.

Those programs are graphic design tools, not embroidery digitizing software. They can create and export flat images (like PNG, JPG, SVG), but a .JEF file contains stitch data — instructions for an embroidery machine (like where the needle moves, when to change colors, stitch density, etc.).
