Since each portrait is custom-made, we can't accept returns. However, if there’s a production issue, please contact us for a free replacement.

Orders are typically delivered within 5-10 working days after the order has been approved and shipped. Please note that during peak holiday periods, shipping times may be extended.

If a parcel is returned or cannot be delivered due to circumstances outside of my control, such as an incorrect address provided by the customer or the courier being unable to locate the address, a small delivery fee will apply for resending the item. I am always happy to help with reshipments and will make the process as smooth as possible.
