HOW TO ORDER

1. Send us your commission request by message
2. We discuss the details and provide a quote and timeline
3. If you are happy with both, you can secure your slot with a £200 non-refundable deposit
4. We will prepare a PDF summary of your commission details and create a separate virtual listing for the deposit
5. When your order enters production, we will send progress photos and the remaining balance will be due at that stage

The deposit is used to reserve your production slot, so it is non-refundable.

TIER OPTIONS (T0–T9)

The T0–T9 options in this listing are price tiers only. They do not represent different product types or quality levels.

When it is time to pay the remaining balance, we will tell you which tier option to select based on the amount due.

PAYMENT RULES

- All custom commissions begin with a £200 deposit
- The remaining balance is paid after production has started, when we send the first progress photos
- If the remaining balance is over £800, installment payment may be discussed

Please do not use any discount code for custom commissions. Discount codes are only valid for non-custom items.

Any custom order placed with a discount code will be cancelled and must be reordered without the code.

PRODUCTION TIME

Standard production time is usually 6–10 weeks, depending on design complexity and current workload.

For more complex commissions, the shipping date may need to be extended. If that happens, we will inform you in advance. In most cases, the delay will not exceed 3 weeks.

Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

CHANGES & REVISIONS

Please confirm your request carefully before paying the deposit.
- Major changes after quote and schedule confirmation may require a new quote
- Changes requested after production begins may result in additional cost and extra production time
- We provide progress checks at key stages, but this does not include unlimited free revisions

SHIPPING & DAMAGE

We pack all figures carefully with protective materials to reduce the risk of shipping damage.

We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video when your package arrives.

If a small part comes loose during shipping, it can usually be reattached with PVA glue.

If your figure arrives with major shipping damage, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the situation, we may offer a remake or a partial refund.

COPYRIGHT & PRIVACY

Customers are responsible for the copyright status of the reference materials they provide. We are unable to verify the copyright ownership of submitted images or designs.

All OC (original character) designs and images remain the property of their original creators. By default, OC reference materials will be deleted within 30 days after the order is completed.

By default, we reserve the right to share photos or videos of completed commissions for portfolio or promotional purposes. If you would prefer your commission to remain private, please let us know before ordering.
