If you’d like to request a return or exchange, please contact me via Etsy Messages within 7 business days of receiving your order. I’m happy to offer a refund of the item price or an exchange for another item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on my part. Returned items must be: Properly packaged, as originally received Shipped via USPS with tracking In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, buyer participation will be required to complete the insurance claim process. This may include providing photos of the packaging, item(s), and damage. Once the claim is approved, a full refund including shipping will be issued.

Shipping Multiple Orders

If multiple orders are placed by the same buyer and are shipping to the same address, I may combine them into a single shipment to ensure faster delivery and reduce packaging waste. Any excess shipping overages will be refunded, if applicable. However, please note that separate orders may occasionally be shipped individually if they are not identified in time. If you do not want your orders combined, please contact me via Etsy Messages or email within 2 hours of placing your orders.

Incorrect Address / Undeliverable

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer, the buyer will be responsible for the cost to reship the order once the item is received back. Alternatively, if the buyer prefers a refund, a refund of the item price (excluding original shipping costs) will be issued once the item is received back. Address changes cannot be made after the order has shipped. If you need to update your address, please contact me within 2 hours after placing your order.
