International Order Delayed?

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Etsy give a best case scenario time frame and that's not always accurate, while standard international ⭐snail Mail⭐ aims for 7-9 Working Days, things like customs can cause delays which are out of my control. On average for orders to the US it can take up to 14 Working Days (2 weeks) and in rare cases 4-6 weeks! If your order hasn't arrived after that period please contact me and i'll arrange a refund of the shipping cost. While International tracked is expensive it means you can follow your order, standard international while cost effective means you put all faith into the postal system. I'm always happy to discuss options if a package hasn't arrived but i cannot offer full refunds until after 30 WORKING DAYS.

STANDARD INTERNATIONAL DOES NOT HAVE TRACKING. THE TRACKING NUMBER ADDED TO STANDARD INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS A REFERANCE NUMBER NOT TRACKING ALTHOUGH ETSY STATES IT'S TRACKING. You can choose to upgrade your shipping, while more expensive you do get end to end tracking. If you are purchasing for Christmas presents I would recommend tracked shipping.
