I am completely satisfied! I bought a beautiful bouquet/wreath and received very friendly advice from the very beginning. The saleswoman was incredibly helpful, took her time, and we even had a pleasant private conversation. Since I needed the bouquet very quickly, it was sent promptly with express delivery. I especially liked that she even followed up to make sure the goods arrived safely. You rarely experience such dedication and courtesy! The bouquet was a gift for my sister, and she was thrilled.
