International shipping is unpredictable and delays happen at the customs. For international orders, once the package has left the Ukraine, it becomes a subject to your local post office. Postage and packing charges are not refundable unless it's due to an error on our part. Shipping fees are non-refundable for refused or undelivered parcels.

Don't worry! When the package leaves Ukraine and is on the way to your country, tracking system doesn't show its location. It doesn't mean that package got lost, it means package was not scanned in your country yet.
