Customer service is top notch. She did warn me that the color may not look correct under bright light but it looks so yellow next to my dress and unfortunately won't match. This is on me, she asked for a picture of my dress in natural light and I didn't have one. I ordered a few different capelets to find "the one" and this was not it for me but lots of other happy customers! I also don't like the feel of the material. It's a bummer that I can't return but I will donate it and hope someone else finds it perfect.
