Since everything in our store is custom made to order, some items take longer to make. Our coffee mugs normally take 1-2 days business days to process but production can be longer during holiday season, such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day and Christmas. Please order early during the holiday seasons so you won't be disappointed.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Information cannot be changed after you order, so please DOUBLE CHECK that you put in the correct shipping address. We will ship to the address on your order. We are not responsible for replacements or refunds if you put in the wrong address on an order.

SHIP BY DATE

Items leave the facility by the ‘ship by’ date listed on your invoice, unless we need to change the “ship by date” due to unforeseen circumstances (snowstorms or hurricanes that delay the post office from delivering, items that are out of stock, printing facility temporarily shut down, etc.)

CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Cancellations are not accepted for this particular item because mugs are automatically sent in for printing and shipping immediately after you order. Due to the made to order and custom nature of this item and limited warehouse space, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your mug arrives damaged or defective in any way, please let us know and we will replace the item for free. Please note that we require a picture of the defect or damage so we can advise our production partner of the issue and request a replacement. We’re sorry but we do not give refunds.
