The necklaces are beautiful and the price was fair. I wish the pendant was a little bit thicker and the ordering process was slightly confusing because they say you can add 8 characters, but in the images it said 7. Both of mine had 8 and were made exactly as I wanted, I just wasn't sure they were going to come out right with that.
