When will my order ship?

The processing/shipping times that are advertised on each listing are accurate. During the holiday season, (Thanksgiving through Easter) processing times will most likely be toward the latter part of the processing timeframe. Thank you for your patience!

Why does it take so long to ship?

I truly enjoy making such cute scrunchie watch bands for all of my amazing customers! With that said, I am a one person shop with consistent orders everyday! I make sure to hand create and ship these orders within the timeframe I advertise but please don’t hold me to an Amazon Prime standard as these are made to order. Thank you for your patience!

Why such a thin elastic?

I use a 1/4” durable and comfortable semi-stretchy elastic for my watch bands. Please don't pre-judge the elastic- it does last, doesn’t stretch out too much over time, and isn’t just a rubber band. I make sure to use quality materials in my shop. Scrunchie watch bands typically use a 1” elastic so you can still have the feel of a standard watch band but with a little bit of the scrunchie look. The goal of my shop is to make watch bands that mimic the look and feel of a real scrunchie which you won’t find everywhere. Although it isn’t my brand to use the wider elastic, I can use a 1” one for your watch band if you prefer. Please leave a note during checkout for me. Thank you!

Can these be made to fit Samsung Watches?

I do have Samsung connectors I can use for all my watch bands. To order, please choose any size of Apple Watch and the correct wrist size for you. Then in the notes section of checkout please leave a note for me with your Samsung watch model and size and I’ll be sure to make it right.

These scrunchie watch bands are so cute and comfortable and perfect to give as gifts! With that said... **Please make sure you are selecting the correct size!**. After measuring your wrist then compare the measurement to the sizing chart included in the pictures of this listing. If your wrist measurement is right in between two sizes, I prefer to size up. Please feel free to message me with any questions and requests. I am happy to discuss sizing questions! Each watch band is homemade and quality tested.
