HOW DO I GET THE BEST RESULTS FOR PRINTING?

Printers are so good these days (even inexpensive ones) so if you choose the 'photo' option in print settings and use a matte or gloss photo paper you will get a good result. It's worth experimenting with the highest setting but this will take longer to print and use more ink. You don't always get a better result though!

CAN I GET A CUSTOM SIZE?

YES! If you want your digital files in a different format or size then please drop me a line BEFORE you purchase an item just to make sure that we can accommodate the changes you want.

No, Etsy do not allow refunds for digital downloads.

HELP - I USED APPLE PAY, HOW DO I FIND MY DOWNLOAD?

It seems you might have used the "Hide My Email" feature, which generates a unique, random email address for use with apps or websites. While this helps protect your personal email, it could cause issues receiving Etsy's automated email containing the link to download your files. To resolve this, try logging into your Etsy account via a web browser (not the Etsy app) and accessing your downloads from the purchases page. If that doesn't work, feel free to message me, and I’ll be happy to email your artwork directly.

Please keep in mind that variations in screens and printers may result in slight colour differences between what you see on your screen and the printed output. I use a standardised colour profile when editing images to maintain accuracy to the original artwork's colours which is very reliable. Images available for purchase in most cases are provided as PNGs with a Transparent Background and JPGs on a White Background. Occasionally, because of the nature of the images only JPEGS with be available, so please check the listing details before purchasing.
