If you are here you a probably a fan of our viral cat cardboard cutter. Thanks to a lot of feedback these templates were developed to make recycling your unused cardboard even easier. They come in four different versions to best fill the needs of your furry friend or so you can shower them in different options. These provide a template so you can tightly pack your cardboard strips without having to hot glue them together.
"The Basic"
This template is your standard scratcher design that is meant to sit flat on the floor. It allows your cats to stand on top of it and knead and scratch to their hearts content.
"The Wall Mount"
This template is very similar to the basic except it add mounting points so it can be screwed into a any surface to keep it from moving around. Our cats love them mounted to the wall. Mounting screws are NOT provided as you will need to use appropriate hardware for the surface your mounting to.

"The Table Tie Down"
This version was born out of a desire to give people an option to hold the scratcher in place without having to put holes in the wall. We wanted something rental friendly that would still help hold the scratcher in place.
"The Slant"
This template allows you to recreate the very common cat scratcher shape without having to do a huge amount of hot gluing. Many cats enjoy the slanted surface when scratching and this allows you to easily recreate this.
While these templates require a bit of an upfront investment they are designed to be reusable indefinitely and will quickly pay for themselves many times over if you consider the price of commercially available cat scratchers. Paired with out cardboard cutter you will have everything you need to supply your fur babies with a lifetime of scratchers.

My cat loves it :)
I always get a bit cautious when it comes to 3D printed products but both this and the box cutter are super sturdy and I doubt I’ll have an issue with either of them breaking anytime soon. It is a bit smaller than my boy but I fully expected and accounted for that as the measurements are in the description, I just want to reiterate that this might not work out if you have a much bigger cat. Overall i’m super happy with this and i can’t wait to put all of the pieces together so my cat can use it!
