Is insurance included with the postage costs?

Insurance is NOT included but can be added for a small fee, worldwide. We strongly recommend purchasing insurance. Please contact us prior to purchase for a quote!

Do you offer layaway / payment plans?

Interest-free layaway is available on orders over $200. The term is 60 days. A 25% non-refundable down payment is due at the time of set-up. Payments can be made weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. Please send us a note to discuss specifics. Seasonal discount coupons cannot be applied to layaway orders. Failure to complete the payment plan results in the seller retaining the non-refundable 25% deposit. Any other funds paid will be issued back with store credit ONLY. There is a seven day grace period on payments. Returns will be processed as store credit, less a 25% restocking fee retained by the seller.

We are happy to reserve items for 24 hours, at which time they will be returned to the shop.

VAT taxes, Customs Duties, Import Taxes and/or Fees

When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are paid by the buyer. PLEASE do not ask us to mark the parcel as a 'gift' or mark the value as less. By doing this you are asking us to commit FRAUD. A false, misleading or incomplete declaration can result in the seizure or return of the item and/or in criminal or civil penalties, which includes a sizeable fine --- all of which we are understandably not willing to do. Explanation of what Catholic Relics are and the difference between 1st, 2nd & 3rd Class

First Class relics are items directly associated with the events of Christ’s life (manger, cross, etc.) or the physical remains of a saint (a bone, hair, skull, limb, etc.) Second Class relics are items that the saint owned or frequently used, for example, a crucifix, rosary, book, etc. A Third Class relic is any object that has been in contact with a First or Second Class relic. Most commonly a rosary, medal, crucifix, or a piece of cloth. When you incorporate a relic into prayer, for example praying a third class rosary, you are also praying for the intercession of all the Saints that have been touched to that sacramental.

How do you know that this piece is antique and not a reproduction?

We have been dealing in antique jewelry and religious artifacts for over 20 years. All of that experience and countless hours of research go into dating each piece. If we are not 100% certain of something it does not get listed. We have thousands of pieces that have yet to be listed due to this reason. Each piece is guaranteed to be authentic and an antique original.
